In this practice you will learn the basics of breath in connection to diaphragm, spine and movement.
In week 2 we learn about shadow and how it can show up in our lives. We also learn and practice the 6-Step Process to Realignment and go on a journey to encounter one of our deepest shadows.

Prepare your space for a powerful shadow practice. Alert your roommates, if necessary, that you are going into ceremony and to please honor your space.
Week 3 introduces us to the Emotional Alchemy Model and focuses on our relationship to fear. We also encounter our first ally, the element of Earth.
